- Employers must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and represent legitimate businesses.
- By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of the Platform
- Job Seekers may create profiles, upload resumes, apply for jobs, and engage with career resources.
- Employers may post job listings, search candidate databases, and communicate with Job Seekers.
- Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other Users.
- Upload harmful code, spam, or engage in unauthorized scraping.
- Use the Platform for illegal or prohibited activities.
4. Account Registration and Security
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering.
- Each account is personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Job Postings and Applications
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and legitimacy of job postings.
- Job Seekers are responsible for ensuring their applications and resumes are truthful and not misleading.
- We do not guarantee that job applications will result in employment or that job postings will result in qualified candidates.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
- Certain services (e.g., premium job postings, resume database access, career coaching) may require payment.
- Fees, payment terms, and billing cycles will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned or licensed by Petakerja.com.
- Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use such content in connection with the Platform.

- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petakerja.com, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
