Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness and engagement with work package based agreement.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Development: Create compelling and original content in various formats, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. Ensure that the content is well-researched, accurate, and aligns with the brand’s tone and voice.
2. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the overall marketing and business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and new formats.
3. Content Planning and Calendar Management: Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across platforms. Organize and prioritize content creation tasks based on relevance, seasonality, and promotional campaigns.
4. Social Media Management: Create engaging and shareable social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
5. Content Promotion: Implement strategies to promote and distribute content effectively, such as leveraging social media, email marketing, guest posting, partnerships, and influencer collaborations. Use analytics and insights to measure the success of content and make data-driven improvements.
6. SEO Optimization: Incorporate relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices into content to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain SEO effectiveness.
7. Visual Content Creation: Develop visually appealing content, including images, graphics, and videos, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software. Ensure consistency in branding and design elements across all content.
8. Content Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and style. Ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate with other team members or subject matter experts to fact-check and validate content.
9. Content Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and generate reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and audience demographics. Use insights to refine content strategy and improve future content production.
10. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to gather input, align content with campaigns and product updates, and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
– Minimum SMU/SMK, Associate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
– Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role
– Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
– Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms such as content management systems, social media management tools, video editing software, etc.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools
– Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
– Basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools is a plus
